Pastoral Care Ministry

The Pastoral Care Team is an extension of the Senior Pastors in providing spiritual encouragement and practical assistance to the Christian Life Church family.

Pastoral Care Ministry

Our vision for the Pastoral Care Ministry embodies Matthew 25:35-40, where Jesus said:

“For I was hungry and you fed me. I was thirsty and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger and you invited me into your home. I was naked and you gave me clothing. I was sick and you cared for me. I was in Prison and you visited me. Then these righteous ones will reply ‘Lord when did we ever see you hungry and feed you’… And the King will say ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!'” Matthew 25:35-40 NLT

The Mission of the Pastoral Care Ministry is to help people in their time of need by demonstrating the love of God with spiritual and practical assistance. We serve as the primary source of care for those who are not yet part of a Ministry or Get Connected Group here at CLC. Additionally, the Pastoral Care Ministry team assists our CLC Ministry and Get Connected Group leaders in providing Care for their teams or group members when needed via prayer and practical assistance.

Do you have a desire to assist others as the hands and feet of Jesus? Join our team!

It was Mother Theresa who said, “If you can’t feed 100 people, then just feed one” and that is how the Seeds of Faith Food Pantry began. The Seeds of Faith Food Pantry is located in the Mills at Salmon Falls in Rollinsford, New Hampshire. The Seeds of Faith Food Pantry is able to help hundreds of families with food items, household supplies, diapers, and winter clothing. As hard as we work to stretch every dollar, the need exceeds the resources. Will you prayerfully consider donating to the Seeds of Faith Food Pantry?
