Our Vision

“We are a community of Spirit-filled Believers embracing God’s Word, belonging to God’s family, becoming like Him, and working together to build His kingdom.”

We welcome people in, love them unconditionally, invite them to find a place of belonging, teach them about (believing) Jesus Christ and help them become all He called them to be. We love and serve others while building and extending God’s kingdom together.

Christian Life Church is called to be an equipping centerOur Mission is to help people love God and become Disciples of Jesus.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV)

Part of becoming an effective Disciple is discovering our unique place in ministry.  Our purpose is fulfilled when we are walking out our mission as Christ’s ambassadors in the world. Within each person is a God-given destiny. Our role is to help each and every one cultivate, develop and fulfill their destiny as we advance the Kingdom of God for His glory.

“He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.” –Ephesians 4:16 (NLT)

“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.”Romans 12:1 (NLT)

“Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.”Ephesians 4:11-12 (NLT)

BELIEVING in Jesus and the Word of God

Discover the Truth – Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. As we come to know Jesus and believe Him, the Gospel Truth makes us FREE. At CLC, you will grow in Biblical truth, Believing all God has declared over you. We are forgiven, free to worship and equipped to grow in our relationship with Him. Believing Christ transforms us from orphans to citizens of the Kingdom of God.

BECOMING who God designed You to be

Discover Ministry – Becoming who God designed you to be is a transformational life journey. It began at salvation with an inward change and continues with outward expressions of God’s purpose through Ministry or “our calling“. The Bible emphasizes that we cannot earn God’s love by what we do; He simply loves us because we are His. Even so, we are designed to reflect His image. Therefore, day by day as we renew our minds to His word, we are growing in relationship with Him and developing in our ability to minister. We are being transformed, Becoming like Jesus! Come discover the Ministry where God is calling you!

    BUILDING the Kingdom of God

Discover Leadership – Belonging, Believing, Becoming… for the purpose of Building the Kingdom of God. Jesus brought the Kingdom, not religion, to reveal the heart of the Father. By His death and resurrection, the Kingdom is established in each heart. As disciples of Christ, our great commission is revealing and Building God’s Kingdom here on earth. Come learn to convey the revelation of the Kingdom to others and help lead them into their destined places and purposes within God’s Kingdom – to Belong, Believe, Become and Build!

    Meet Our Team

    Statement of Faith

    The Bible

We believe the Bible is the mind of Christ and is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative word of God.

      The Trinity

We believe God is manifested in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

      Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory as Lord of Lords and King of Kings.

      The Fall of Man

We believe that the fall of man and his lost estate makes necessary a repentance and rebirth through confession and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.

      Atonement

We believe in the reconciliation of man to God by the substitutionary death and shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

      Resurrection

We believe in the resurrection of believers unto everlasting life and the blessed reality of heaven.

      The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit, who bestows the spiritual gifts: word of wisdom, word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healings, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, various kinds of tongues, and the interpretation of tongues in and among believers on the earth since the day of Pentecost, and continuing until our Lord’s return.

      Creation of Man and Woman

We believe in the creation and God as the Creator: we believe that God created man, and created them male and female. As such He created them different so as to complement and complete each other.

      Communion

Also known as The Lord’s Supper, Communion is the symbolic breaking of bread in remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice for all. Those who believe in and have received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (even if not a member) are welcome to partake in Communion. At Christian Life Church, we observe The Lord’s Supper monthly during both Sunday services as well as during retreats and special services.

      Water Baptism by Immersion

Every person should be water baptized by immersion as soon as they believe in Christ (Acts 2:41 NKJV). We are water baptized by immersion to follow the example set by Jesus and also because it illustrates Christ’s Burial and Resurrection. This act of being immersed into water represents the death of Jesus Christ and symbolizes the death of our old sin nature; the act of rising from the water represents the resurrection of Jesus Christ and symbolizes our New Life in Him: we are a new creation, righteous in Christ and reconciled with God the Father.

Visit our Events page to see when our next Water Baptism is scheduled and follow the link to sign up. If one is not listed, please contact the church office for more information.

Children are an incredibly precious gift from God! That’s why, one Sunday each quarter, we invite families to formally dedicate their children to the Lord. This ceremony is held before our entire church family at the conclusion of second service. We encourage these families to invite their relatives and friends to attend.
