Beware of those who stand aloof
And greet each venture with reproof
The world would stop if things were run
By men who say, “It can’t be done.”

Living a life of faith, comes from a deep decision to trust God and the integrity of who He is and what He says.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.

John 14:12

We were made in the image of God, and as His children and we were given a divine destiny.  According to John 14:12, we were not called to the ordinary, but to the extraordinary!

If you are going to fulfill your destiny, you must choose not be moved by words that create doubt, unbelief, fear or lack of vision.  As these words will become a weapon that will hold you back from your divine purpose.  There will always be those that will firmly say that what you are pursuing is impossible.

Listen to what some of the worlds experts said about impossibilities:

  • “The phonograph is of no commercial value” Thomas Edison 1880
  • “There is no likelihood man can ever tap the power of the atom”  Robert Millikan, Nobel Prize winner in physics 1920
  • “It is an idle dream to imagine that automobiles will take the place of railways in the long distance movement of passengers” American Road Congress 1913
  • “I think there is a world market for about five computers”  Thomas Watson, chairman IBM 1943
  • “There is no reason for any individual to have a computer in their home”  Ken Olsen, president of Digital Equipment Corp. 1977

What ideas has God placed in your heart, but you  have so easily dismissed because of the words you have embraced that says you can’t?

Where have you set limits on your life because you have allowed fear to hold you back from committing to your dream?

Where has your unbelief canceled the vision that is within you?

Arise today and make a stand! Forge ahead against your own preconceived ideas.  Press beyond those previously set limits that have contained you. Make a decision to push past your fear not allowing intimidation to steal the dream that has been placed in their heart.  Arise with a new confidence knowing that “with God” all things are possible, when you believe!

Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. 22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
