I lift up my eyes to the hills– where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.  He will not let your foot slip– he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you– the Lord is your shade at your right hand;  the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.  The Lord will keep you from all harm– he will watch over your life;  the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.  

Psalms 121:1-8

Although, I am traveling back to the states, today, I wanted to leave a few thoughts from a favorite Psalm of mine, as it is a reminder to me as I forge ahead, I can have full assurance in the heart  for our God never sleeps and is always watching over all our affairs.  

Today as you go about your day, do not forget, that God’s love for you is great and His keeping power is not limited to you or to others.  Lift your eyes to the hills, as you place your faith in God.  You can breathe easy as you go about your day, as He has a host of angels who respond to those who are trusting in God’s Word.
