Light the Fire Fast 8/4 – 8/17

Join us for our 14-day corporate fast, Light the Fire, happening from August 4 through August 17, in preparation for the big deposit of the gift of God in our upcoming guest speaker, Todd Smith (Aug 18 & 19).

When God lights a fire in the hearts of his people, they will never be the same again. We are used to petitioning God for our needs, but a time of corporate fasting like this goes deeper than that. In this corporate fast we are positioning our hearts in three distinct ways:

1. Seek the face of God (not his hand)
2. Seek to behold his glory
3. Allow God to press into us (sanctify us in a deeper way)

We will hold corporate prayer times together at CLC on the following Wednesdays and Sundays:
-Wednesday, Aug. 3 @6:30-7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary (zoom available)
-Sunday, Aug. 7 @8:30-9:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall
-Wednesday, Aug. 10 @6:30-7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary (zoom available)
-Sunday, Aug. 14 @8:30-9:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall
